A loud “Amen” to Ahmad Sajoh’s prayer, and a resounding “God forbid” to the Camerounian marabouts, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s position was the people’s decision sanctioned in heaven. It is an issue beyond marabouts.
For the purpose of clarity,Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has nothing to fear. Moreso,he has no reason to avoid any kind of court or tribunal summons. The facts are on ground. The facts ,so far, are resounding to the extent that the lying crew of spin-masters trying to hoodwink gullible Nigerians with well fabricated lies will be put to shame along with their desperate sponsors.
For all to hear,the “desperadoes” are still chasing an ever receding phantom as the distance between them and the juicy plum that has blinded them from reality continues to elude by the day. They have lied to themselves and have now started believing their lies while the people of Adamawa state watch them in trance like bewilderment.
Let it be known to Ahmad Sajoh that Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri is not avoiding anything or anyone. The law is fully aware of the fact that getting a very busy person like a chief executive can be tedious, hence the provision for a “substituted order”. Has Sajoh forgotten the case of Nyako when he was in his service? Or has he forgotten how Bola Tinubu also got his own “Order”? Surely ,his selective amnesia is only meant to serve his purpose whenever he so wishes.
It is in the public domain that having discovered that the margin of their loss was enormous,they resorted to a “wujja wujja” dubious approach of snatching election results in Fufore. Failing to get the required outcome,the results of certain areas were added to that of Fufore. Finally ,when even that failed , the cavalier frontal attack was adopted by Hudu,who declared a “winner” in the most dubious way like never before in the history of elections in Adamawa state and Nigeria as a whole.
Today ,this is the fraud that Ahmad Sajoh is pursuing on behalf of his principal that exposed her total disregard for the laws of the land by accepting Hudu’s declaration as if he had a right to dash out the governorship. It is a shame. The renegade APC members ,who contrary to sane counsel from other members of the party should have a rethink.
The 2023 governorship elections in Adamawa State is no longer in contention,;Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s victory is fair and clear. As far as the laws of Nigeria are concerned,Fintiri won. A court hearing will only affirm the obvious,just as the noise by pen-pushers and lawyers try to make a living out a bad case.
If anyone had an interest in serving Ahmadu Fintiri a substituted service,he must have missed his way to Government House Yola. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has not gone missing like their hatchet man Hudu! He has been visible coming in and traveling out of Yola. How could they have missed him? Even Ahmad Sajoh knows where and how to locate Fintiri. From all indications,they intend to add this concept to their bag of dirty tricks. But like in the past,this trick has failed.
When will these shenanigans end? When will these poor actors be tired of failed programs? When the courts are through with their ill- conceived plans,they will have to give in to the will of God and the people of Adamawa and allow Fintiri who has not been deterred from his good works by these petty annoyances. Only then shall we have the much needed peace to move on to a higher level.
