Fintiri Task Religious Leaders on True Teaching of the Holy Books

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has tasked religious leaders particularly preachers to always teach the people rightly as stipulated in the holy books. The Governor stressed that the need for peaceful coexistence is key to human survival and as such , the need for doing right remains sacrosanct.

Governor Fintiri made the call at the 2020 LCCN Annual Convention taking place at the Convention ground in Numan. Represented by the Deputy Governor Chief Crowther Seth , Governor Fintiri among many things promised to always support religious programs which are organized for the benefit of society.

The Governor further applauded churches who always lend helping hands to victims of both natural and man made disasters such as flooding, herdsmen and farmers clashes, terrorism, through the provision of relief.
He thereafter called for the Unity and proper reconciliation within the LCCN family saying a formidable union will enhance Development both spiritually and technically.

In their separate remarks , Hama Batta HRH Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke and Chief Joel Madaki all admonished Christians to live exemplary by adhering to the tenets of christianity.

The LCCN Bishop Rt Rev Japhet Aeneas appreciated God for making it possible for the Convention to hold successfully. He said the grace of God for humans is sufficient which is why he should he praised always.

Among top Government figures who accompanied the Deputy Governor is Deputy Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Hon Pwamwakaino Mackondo, Hon Hanatu Kadala, Mr Mark Balanso, Hon James Okosi, Me Elkanah Lawal, Hon Adiel Olsen and several personalities.
