Receiving the state Government corvid 19 vaccine, the state Deputy Governor Qs Mannir yakubu who is also the chairman katsina state corvid 19 emergency response committee said the state was given one hundred and seven thousand five hundred and forty doses.
He expressed gratitude for the concern shown to the state through provision of the vaccine in time.
Alh Mannir yakubu said the vaccination will start immediately this Thursday the 11 of March 2021, and called on the public to accept the vaccine .
He said the vaccination will start with the Governor and I myself as the Deputy Governor with top government official, front line health workers , community leaders .
Throwing more light on the prepared ness of the state on the preservation distribution and administering the vaccine the commissioner of health Eng yakubu Nuhu Danja Said all necessary arrangments where made to kept the vaccine in all the cold stores in the state
He urged the public not to panic over the vaccine stressing that it’s safe.
Mean while Governor Aminu Bello masari has Flagg up the covid 19 vaccine today where the Governor and his Deputy Mannir yakubu were vaccinated and other government officials.
