Supreme Court in a ruling today, sacked Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP as IMO state governor.
The court then declared Hope Uzodinma of the APC as the winner and duly elected governor in the 2019 election in the state.
The panel of Justice was headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko.
Ihedioha was the former deputy speaker of the House of Representative in the 7th Assembly.
